A tight tense political thriller! A House of Dynamite gives you a narrative 3
times over from the point-of-view of different people, each time going higher up the chain of command. What i liked is that it shows you the 'human' side of the people sitting in power needing to making a decision that will affect millions and have global repercussions.
The first 45 mins is really tight. The repetitiveness of the narrative tends to get tiring a bit with each new point of view not offering a whole lot of new but something we already knew the first time around.
Not too sure if just intercutting and making it into one straight storyline might have been a better option. But definitely worth watching and much better than the slew of Netflix original movies that have come out in the recent past.
