!! Action King Arjun is back. BLAST is a perfect choice for action film lovers. Writing is the back bone of the film. After a long time, watching a perfectly written action film. There are lots of loopholes, but the writing and action choreography didn't give a second to think about it. Back to back action sequences blend with thrilling screenplay. The best thing I enjoyed after the action sequences is how the characters are beautifully interconnected. It was so smooth. No over melodrama, no time to give a message. Just a family tries to survive. After a long time watching Arjun in a superb film as a hero. We need more films like this from him. His space is still there. Abhirami and Preity Mukundan are the other show stealers. So effortlessly and superbly they handled the action sequences. They both deserve big applause. Vivek Prasanna did a great job; a surprising element. It's clearly a predictable and template film. But how it's written and made is the key aspect. That job was safe in Subash K Raj. Excellent work. After the loopholes and predictability, music is another drawback of the film. Music overshadowed many scenes. Like his previous films, Ravi Basrur gave his best for the film. But unfortunately, in many areas music could've been better. Overall I really enjoyed it. THERIKKA...
