Chatha Pacha was a proper theatre blast.
We finally watched it in Kochi FDFS and honestly they blew it out of the park.
The action choreography is fantastic and the WWE references are pure gold. If you are a wrestling fan the nostalgia will hit you hard. Watching a WWE style movie made in a Malayalam setup itself feels refreshing and fun. The interval block is absolute fire and easily one of the best moments of the film.
That said the movie is not perfect. There are a few loopholes in the plot which slightly pull down the climax. The payoff does not fully match the hype built earlier but it still works because of the energy and presentation.
Overall Chatha Pacha is a complete theatre treat especially for wrestling fans. Definitely watch it on the big screen.
