MAN OF CINEMA
I entered with anticipation that Spielberg will tell a story that will shake me
up and change my beliefs, but he instead chose to show a gimmick, with a pointless buildup to only end it on a bitter sweet note which puts no effect.
Emily Blunt was superb, she pulled the movie through when it was making no sense, and i felt connor was under-utilised. They should have explored the character background in a much deeper way, why those two were chosen, what was the process, all that they just showed it as a glimpse.
The film was about aliens and their secrets, but the movie explores none of that. The whole movie was just a chase, one who wanted to tell the truth about aliens and one who wanted to stop. And the one who wanted to stop, that guy literally pulled a chair and sat to watch the disclosure..only popcorn was missing. That moment literally fucks up the whole build up you witnessed, it was such a convenience.
Spielberg thought people will get emotional seeing torture of aliens(which he didn't even showed completely), brother we are literally living in multiple genocides around us, and even that is not affecting mang people, then who the fuck will fall for this shit? All this which he wanted to be portrayed as reality, didn't even feel like real for one moment.
The film had so much potential but it gets lost in its own stupid execution.

Loved it.
Really liked how they kept me engaged till the end. May not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I loved the story, the visuals and the cast.

If you had told me a week ago that Steven Spielberg would make on of the worst
films I have seen in years, I would have never believed you, but here we are. What was this?

Steven Spielberg's #DisclosureDay bored me out of my mind.
It feels like a great filmmaker imitating himself. The wonder is gone. The suspense is gone. What's left is nostalgia

As a storyteller and as a film full marks but making American to save the world
is bull shit too shallow

- A disappointing film from Steven Spielberg, one of his weakest works.
Apart from few chase sequences nothing else in the movie was enjoyable, it was boring and I felt no connect

Disclosure Day is definitely not for everyone, but those who connect with what
the film is trying to say will absolutely love it.
This feels like a classic Spielberg style movie
