Dunkirk

Christopher Nolan directing a war film. The cinematography was just so good, here it stood out. The film kept building tension that hooked me the whole way through. I loved the aerial sequences - they were shot amazingly and felt so real. The background score by Hans Zimmer was incredible; it maintained the intensity and kept me glued to the screen. What made it special was how it followed three different storylines - one on land, one at sea, and one in the air - all tied to the same event. They were woven together so well that even if I missed a few details, I just flowed with the film. Those moments of small wins followed by sudden bad turns kept me on edge throughout. There was decent shock value too, but it was all about the survival rush for me.
