Nagraj Popatrao Manjule, as CP, has delivered an amazing performance, portraying emotions like pain, ego, arrogance, guilt, and remorse brilliantly. Amey Wagh appears alongside him as a junior photographer, and his transformation is shocking to witness. The film highlights the professional differences between the two, their distinct working styles and principles. It revolves around the contrast between these two photographers, their differing thoughts and perspectives. This contrast is shown through news reporting events and conversations within the film. The build-up from the beginning culminates in a climax that breaks you; I was not ready for this film's climax, and neither will you be. It is haunting, unsettling and heartbreaking. Frame received its Censor certificate in 2021, but people are watching it in 2026; it is a slow-burn, underrated drama.
