Prakash Raj and Ramya Krishnan add to the cast along with Jayaram. The one line premise is interesting - 'a mother who disowns her son'. No denying the stark age gap that shows between Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela and the objectifying. But that's why sometimes you just want to watch a brainless masala movie. And Guntur Kaaram is just that.
