Though her screen time is limited, her subtle expressions in early police‑station sequences add genuine dramatic weight. Young actors Nakshathra and Aira are natural and empathetic as the daughters, while Hakim and Ashokan also deliver strong supporting performances. From the well scripted fight choreography in bus, crowd and elevators to rich production values, the technical execution is top‑notch. The single‑take opening sequence—concealing the hero’s face behind a hostage bag—is a stylistic triumph, and Jakes Bejoy’s background score injects energy throughout. Yet the film struggles to decide what it wants to be. It wavers between realistic domestic drama, social satire, and over‑the‑top superhero‑style action, ultimately fulfilling none of these genres satisfyingly. Plot developments turn improbable, hinging on convenient coincidences and unrealistic government responses within hours. Stylishly shot and technically polished, I, Nobody begins with immense promise but loses its way in pursuit of mass appeal.
