Before watching Jananayagan, I didn't have high expectations, and honestly, I
still didn't feel much after it ended. It made me really sad knowing this was his farewell movie—I wish he had chosen a better film for his final dance.
The biggest positives are his iconic screen presence, the songs, and his dancing. Mamitha Baiju's performance felt a bit cringey in the first half, but it got much better in the second half. Because her character was written that way, some parts of the movie ended up feeling boring. Baby Deol's Villain character was good and rest of the characters were nice. Despite all that, I still had a great time dancing and celebrating in the theater with my friends and other fans without overthinking much about the plot.
Overall, as a true Vijay fan, it’s just a movie to go celebrate with your friends, and that’s about it."

It is disappointing that the film Vijay chose as his farewell to cinema has
turned out to be one of the weakest films of his career. While opinions will naturally differ, I found

YOU ALREADY KNEW THE MOVIE IS SHIT & A LEAKED ONE.
YET THE MOMENT YOU WALK INTO THE THEATRE, THE ENERGY IS ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. THAT'S THE CHARM OF A VIJAY FILM, FOR ONE LAST TIME.
