MAN OF CINEMA
"The man who is not true to himself, is always acting in his life, The only
difference is, there is no second take to re-do" Jay Kelly is not just a story about a superstar reflecting on his life and what he missed. Its a story of that every individual who lost sense of everything he loved and had around him, only in the search great ambition, success and glorty which in no matter turns into Greed , selfishness and self centred. You never really realizes what all you lost along the way until the moment you are really lonely from inside looking for one loving person around and you couldn't find any. That ending scene and that line " Can i go again, I'd like an another one" that moment just hits you so hard. The man just wants to have an another chance at life, even though he has achieved so much success, people around him giving a standing ovation but he is lost in moments he never really lived and the time he lost. Its intimate, universal and most beautiful take on reflecting on life. It is also a heartfelt tribute to actors, filmmakers, and everyone who lives for storytelling. But beyond being a "film about films,"  it blurs the line between fiction and reality, exploring identity and the painful beauty of being yourself in a very charming way. George Clooney & Adam Sandler, you couldn't ask for a better duo for this emotional and heartwarming ride. They have such a great comradry together. Adam Sandler gives one of his best performances. He deserves a nominee for best supporting actor of oscars for sure, and what you can say abt the legend Mr. Clooney , its like man is living his life on screen, all this might have been so personal to him, and that why his emotions feels very real and moving.

#JayKelly is a hilarious and heartfelt commentary on fame, stardom, grief,
regret, and identity packaged in a fascinating character study that may not always be perfect, but still

Noah Baumbach's #JayKelly is forgettable and fine.
The concepts it deals with are the kind one finds "deep" after getting drunk on a boys' night. FULL REVIEW HERE -
