- A pakka mass treat for Suriya fans, lots of references and tributes, Sai
Abhyankkar cooked with this one, he is the real hero of the film and the elevation he gave to certain scenes along with Suriya’s aura was literally peak and a treat to watch. The visuals by G.K. Vishnu was grand and so happy to see Suriya presented in such a way after a long time. Feel so happy for THE ONE but slightly disappointed at how the film ended up, had lots of potential to be great but some flaws like the weak screenplay, Trisha’s character being unnecessary and the story that was set up in the first half was completely wasted. Despite these flaws I still had a good entertaining time at the movies. Overall a decent watch.
