Little Amelie (2025)
is a French animated film of the Animation, Drama genre, in which we see a child named Amelie. We grow with her, feel joy, discover things, see the world for the first time, understand life, and witness her experiencing and overcoming sorrow and difficulties. It beautifully captures the aspects of childhood, from innocence to a pool of questions. There was one scene in the film that I particularly loved: when Nishimio-san in the kitchen tells Amelie about her family, the visual representation of her story was done with such simplicity that, I tell you, even big films struggle to pull off something like that. The film beautifully presents bonding and attachment. The story begins with the idea that children are like gods. Little Amelie teaches that life is unpredictable; you never know when what you have might be lost, so it's important to cherish every moment of life. Yes, there are some grudges in life, but we should remember the good times more, as this makes life better and reduces the pain you inflict on yourself. Little Amelie is a very beautiful, heartwarming, feel-good, no, too feel-good film. Highly recommended if you have a newborn; 100 percent recommended to watch it now, and congratulations to you. This film is also for those who are feeling very down in life or are troubled by something; this film, even if for a short while, will lighten your burden.
