Why do we create art?
Since the beginning, human race has striven to create.
But I think no creative person has been able to answer the question. And the very reason behind it being There is no answer! Because there just can't be one thing that can define the motive of entire human race.
Look back really made me ask this question. It made me look back on my life and see where I've been and where I am now. Maybe, the answer to the question isn't as necessary as it seems but really, don't you want to find it out? Don't you want to know your real motive for creating things. The answer might not be for everyone but it surely and definitely is for oneself.
Everyone doesn't work for same cause but everyone does work for some cause.
There's a saying, hardwork beats talent when talent fails to work hard. The saying alone is to make someone motivated but that lingers just for a while and fades into the hectic routines.
There's another quote that I've heard, Someone who works hard can never beat someone who enjoys himself. The whole idea being that If hardwork beats talent then passion will beat hardwork. No matter what, one day or the other your motivation is going to fuel out and that day you will need passion. You create not because people could see it but because you feel like creating, because you want to create. No art is worthless. It is important that you create because what you create could never be created by anyone else. Look back is among one of my favourite anime films.
