First of all, I'm not with the director's political thinking.
In my opinion, I feel his satire always targets the left. Like what, Sreenivasan did in his writings. So my opinion will be from that angle.
Coming to the movie, Kunchacko Boban's outstanding performance saved the entire movie to a watchable film for me. Dileesh Pothan, Chidambaram, Sajin Gopu and Jaffer Idukki did a great job. Good fun engaging first half followed by an average second half and a half boiled climax. Like his previous films, this is also more fun, satirical, and thrilling. The shift in the second half felt like forced, not smooth. Like watching an entirely different movie. Like his director's previous films, the anti-left statements and scenes are there in this film also. I didn't get the relevance of some scenes. I think the director thinks, he's the REAL LEFT or something. Anyways, this film is an average experience for me.
