I thought this film would not be good at all, But this film was actually good.
Surprisingly, it was good.
In the film, the story was good. It was different. That 80s period. That Munnar area. That college backdrop. Kerala college backdrop. Tamil student versus Kerala student — that rivalry, this storyline was good. It felt fresh to watch.
And the first half was good. It went without boring.
The second half — the first ten minutes were good. Then the second half goes about students’ election, college election. But the whole second half going only on that college election did not suit well. It became boring and lagging.
And the climax was also not done that well.
So in the second half, if they had reduced those college election scenes and added some other scenes, it would have been good. And they should have done the climax well. If they had done these two things, this film would have become a super film.
But overall this film is an above-average, decent movie. You can watch it.
