I can’t remember the last time a film’s opening grabbed me like this one did. Those opening vocals just pulled me in completely. It’s hard to explain why, but it just happened. If you watch it, you’ll feel it too.
The first thing I noticed was the beautiful blue color in the whole film. It’s not bright or loud - it’s calm and quiet. It made everything feel more real and more sad at the same time.
The love between Manu and Priya is so cute, especially at the beginning. There’s a scene where they’re looking for a house together, and honestly, it made me smile. They look so happy and innocent.
What makes this film truly sad isn’t just the love story. It’s what happens around it. The worst part? the person he trusted the most, betrays him (Anna). It’s like a knife in the back from someone you love. And then you see Manu wanting to meet Priya so badly, but he can’t. That longing, that pain - it’s real and it hurts.
This film is tragic. It’s emotional. It’s heartbreaking. Simple words, but they mean something. If this film doesn’t make you sad, you probably don’t have a heart. The situations, the choices, the bad timing - they all come together to break the love story.
don’t know what Side B will bring after all this pain. But Side A left me completely shattered. And I’m okay with that. Because this is real cinema -the kind that breaks you and reminds you what it feels like to be human.
