Scott Pilgrim vs The World brims with creative filmmaking. Some of the smoothest transitions, great cgi, colourful frames with even more colourful characters. This was definitely ahead of its time. It tells the story of a young, awkward guy who falls in love with a mysterious girl. The rest that follows is a mad ride. This makes me want to check the original comic out. Edgar Wright's trademark humor works really well here and it is brought to life by the amazing cast of actors. Every single actor is perfectly cast.
