Despite the weak script, forgettable action pieces and cliche plot twists, the
rip is decent and watchable just for the duo of Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. You can clearly feel the chemistry of brotherhood there.
The entire film moves on a tension, mystery of finding snitch who betrayed the team and keeps you guessing who is good and who is bad, in a couple of sequences the plot works really well. But still it becomes very predictable. You can clearly see netflix milking this and make the rip 2 just like they did with Extraction.
