Usually, when star kids are introduced, they are often introduced through romantic or love stories. But I liked the fact that this movie didn’t do that. There were no unnecessary love scenes, and she was introduced through a proper story.
The villain’s performance was really good. He was quite scary and added good tension to the movie. The first half was also very good, thrilling and engaging.
Unfortunately, the second half became very slow and boring. From the beginning of the second half until the ending, the impact kept getting weaker. The first half had a good level of tension, but that was missing in the second half.
The last few minutes before the climax were actually good, and the climax was also decent. Mohanlal and the girl’s fight and action portions were also good.
If the second half had been as strong as the first half, this could have been a really good film. But because the second half was only average, the overall impact was reduced.
Overall, Thudakkam is an Good decent first half below average second half,
