Three Colors: White

A witty revenge story with a sweet bitter ending. It becomes more of an anti humour towards the end, you see it like comedy drama throughout the film but it changes your anticipation and makes you feel shocked, sorry and somewhat satisfied? It's totally different from the first part of the trilogy BLUE. This one doesn't have beautiful Cinematography, not moving emotional moments, here movies really focus on the character arc of Karol, how from being penniless and hopeless in france to being a wealthy business who plots revenge on her ex-wife. It's a little bit cliche, it felt like a Bollywood drama. But still it was enjoyable especially the last 15 minutes. In the middle, the film really loses its audience. Karol had white paper in his life and he decides to write revenge which will eventually hurt himself and leave him in despair and loneliness, instead of finding peace & coming to terms and move on.
