A Superman I grew up on.My fav superhero presented in a very human way. A coming of age story of an alien on earth with superpowers and how he nagivates his way into the brittle human society who will not take it easy that an outsider lives among them. This is what makes it stand out but the last 30 mins of mindless CG destruction really leaves a bad taste.

Great action but weak storytelling and the visuals and color palette used isjust so dull. It keeps your interest till the end but what if its other aspects were also great !!

Screenplay on 'Man of Steel' is mostly standard but occasionally slips intoeither the cringe category or turns completely irrational. Some of the stuff is pretty stupid TBH but...
