The world loved it way too much and when I picked it up I kept finding thereason for the hype. Unfortunately I stayed engrossed with it only for few early episodes and then lost interest.
The cold acting of Jenna ortega gives shock.She killed it. So did the creators from Tim burton to cinematographer David Lanzenberg. A great show that deserves to have a shot :)

Weird and spooky, it’s crazy to see her be sure about the monster every timeand fail until she does succeed. Just love her stubborn character.
Dark comedy , great acting , lovely storytelling and direction! Some shows justshow up and become an all time favourite, this is one of them!
it's Dark comedy and with some Harry potter shade kindh....Overall it's good series and kind nice to watch....

It would have been still better if it was under less hype..The hype just killed the show and made us think it was overrated. But nonetheless, a really good show
