Synopsis
A depiction of royalty in former hill state of Guler in form of paintings by a lineage of period artists. These depictions are recreated for visual understanding of the circumstances behind the paintings in the same / similar location, including ruins of former royal residences and other annexes.

How do you describe an artist? From his life or from his work? I feel you lovethat artist because of his art and his art should speak to you, and the director Amit Dutta does exactly that. Amit beautifully and soulfully depicts Nainsukh's brilliant paintings and recreates just to reminisce of that old era , people and life. As his name means, the film is a treat to the eyes. Also as well as to the ears, i really loved the music treatment in this film, the realistic sound of surroundings and nothing else, it feels so soothing and calming. It just grabs your soul and puts you in that moment. Do not think of it as a film, its art exhibition which recreates those moments you admire seeing in those paintings for you. It's a completely different experience compared to watching any other film.
