Two things which make a person an absolute psychopath are obsession and insanity. And we see two types of psychopaths here, actually three types, one is the serial killer whose trial is going on for brutally mutilating teenage girls in red rooms which are broadcasted live on dark web, second is the person who is love with this person, and see him as innocent ignoring all facts. Then there is our protagonist Kyle Anne, who is the most complex and layered character in this movie who puts on poker face till the end not revealing her intentions, her reasons and her actions why the fuck she do these things. And for some questions you don't even get answers. Kyle Anne is pro model but she is obsessed with this serial killer's trail and wants to understand his psyche as well as bring justice i think? In most bizarre fucking fucked up way. She is also obsessed with technology, poker, and numbers. In general she has an obsession of being a superior intellectual person than the most. You can understand when you analyse her behaviour with that another girl, with smart AI and with the case towards the end. She is the kind of psychopath who gets on by self loathing and feeling most powerful and godly being compared to others. It's a really complex character to understand, i wish the movie was a bit longer. The more you try to understand the character, the more you are amazed by her thought process. David Fincher will love this shit i guess, this is kind of a psychological thriller that needs to be made more, which has complex characters which are hard to understand their motives and reasons. I really liked how they used very minimal dialogue in many scenes and let characters speak through their body language and creepyness around that scene. It's thrilling to watch to say the least.
