A technically good, but below average in writing.
Dhanush's second directorial and 50th film as an actor was the only reason to watch this film. But D disappointed me. Highly predictable in every scene. AR Rahman's music, DOP and action choreography are the main positives. The second half and the climax portions are too unbearable. Lots of movies came to mind while watching this. Overall a below average movie.
