Although these themes hold significance, the narrative tends to become somewhat didactic and loses a portion of its initial drive. Rajinikanth's portrayal remains consistently charismatic and impactful. He bears the responsibility of carrying the film predominantly, albeit occasionally overshadowing the supporting cast. Fahadh Faasil portrays the character of Patrick, a technologically adept thief, who contributes a blend of humor and vitality to the movie. Amitabh Bachchan, in the role of Judge Satyadev, exudes a significant aura, though the interactions with Rajinikanth could have been more compelling. Anirudh Ravichander's musical score in the film is remarkable, especially noteworthy are songs such as "Manasilayo" and "Hunter Vantaar". The background score significantly complements the poignant moments in the film. In general, Vettaiyan proves to be a commendable performer featuring a blend of action, drama, and social critique.
