successor to Tumbbad. CRAZXY is an edge-of-the-seat thriller with its heart in the right place, & clocking just a little over 90 minutes. The film follows a surgeon with shades of grey who is trying to save his kidnapped daughter. He's not the kind of character you want to root for, even as the journey he is on necessitates you to. Shah plays Dr Abhimanyu Sood, who just like his namesake, gets trapped in a maze of psychological & physical turmoil which is nearly impossible to find an escape from. Just like Tumbbad, CRAZXY is a film which uses an anti-hero character to make meaningful commentaries about human psyche, greed, & psycho-social complexities of the world we're living in. It's a thriller that grips you & moves you with the same intensity, & redefines the way we think of thrillers in mainstream cinema.
