Do you know that feeling when a film gives you a sense that it's going to be
something special? When Marnie Was There is what I call a "bucket full of tears and love." It's such a wonderful piece of work that contains so many memorable moments and emotional segments. I found it hard to control my feelings while watching; it felt as if I were witnessing these events in real life. This film has undoubtedly secured its place among my all-time favorite anime films.
