Finished this treat, which was not a whodunnit or the kind of series that
leaves you desperately waiting for the next episode every week (a huge deterrent for an average content, people lose interest). And yet, it managed to keep me engaged right through.
It was not a stroke of genius, but it was a refreshing watch for me. At its heart, it was a simple coming of age story of a middle aged woman. I particularly loved the pacing of the plot. It never felt rushed, and every episode unfolded another chapter in the protagonist’s journey through yet another problematic turn in her life, as she continued to find comfort in her son.
