A simple heartfelt coming of age rom-com family entertainer.
A template movie with highly predictable scenes. Ken's decent directorial debut. Suraj Venjaramoodu's performance is the key aspect of the film. Unnikrishnan, a malayali who lives in Tamilnadu, is safe in Suraj's hands. The father - son emotional scenes were superbly done by him. Devadarshini also did a great job. Rest of the cast including the three heroines were also did their best. GV Prakash's background scores helped a lot to boost every scene. It's not relatable to me. Maybe it's because my school days weren't like this.
Overall a decent movie experience. Ken Karunas definitely has a good future in filmmaking. A good debut.
