School life story centered around Ken's character, shaping to be a supposed "relatable" flick for that particular age group, but looses track as the film progresses, the romantic tracks in the beginning feel artificial, while providing false hope to the audience. Although, to their credit, the interval scene was an absolute blast, really commendable. Also, the action, to maintain the carefree nature, gets a comic-y feel to it, with the most stereotypical score. The film begins with the main character's aim to find the love of his life, and that acts as the central aim of the film, until the very end, where they throw it away, to something else, to show that the main character has "matured", which gives a pathetic image. Otherwise, Suraj Venjaramoodu gives a brilliant performance, along with Devadarshini. It's very damning that this film shows only fair-skinned women deemed to be "loved"; bad image. G. V. Prakash provides a fun, reminiscing-type score, with flaws nonetheless. Also, the songs feel repetitive and unnecessary after a point. Although, the film is heavily flawed, Ken Karunaas needs to be commended for starring, co-writing and co-directing the film. GK CINEMAS; AUDI 2
