The sequence where karikalan meets nandhini in the palace for a conversation,It stands out in brilliance i absolutely loved. The staging of the scenes the performance of the actors. Everything was to be admired and appreciated It was better than the first part. what still stays a big complaint is the way the action sequences have been shot choppy and grumbled has to be the biggest set back to this periodic saga but as it says that this was never meant to be action/war movie it plays high on drama the human emotions and relationship values.i have not read the books but this works well for me.....
